Ayrton Senna racing in tuned Honda Civic

All Honda fans are familiar with the images of Ayrton Senna throwing an NSX over Suzuka with his white socks in leather shoes. But do you know these footages? In 1989, the F1 driver got into a Honda Civic built for the N1 class in the Japanese Touring Car Championship.

Thanks to some help from tuner Mugen, the Honda B16 engine produced a nice 205 hp and a lot more noise. The mountain after the F1 race at Suzuka, the driver was allowed to test a few laps in the front-wheel drive. You can see the result here.
