Harry Sparks is just as much an innovator as he is a true Honda guy. After years of racing B-series Hondas, Harry stepped it up with his 9th generation Civic, converting it to AWD and pushing the chassis to new limits. He’s been the first in the 10’s, 9’s, 8’s!
