The BMW M42 is a DOHC straight-four petrol engine is BMW’s first mass-production DOHC engine and was produced alongside the BMW M40 SOHC four-cylinder engine as the higher performance engine.

It definitely isn’t the most used engine in high power projects but thr owner of this BMW thought different. The engine produces 500HP and it’s the fastest M42B16 in the world at the moment. It ran a 10.90/402m
